Pay day...

I played in a free poker tournament again this evening. 42 players... It got down to two of us (I had a little bit more chips) and there was going to be $50 for 1st and $30 for 2nd. I suggested we just split it 40-40, rather than spend the time duking it out. He accepted. We then played a couple more hands, and then I gave him my remaining chips (by then he had more). The only thing we were playing for at that point was entrance into a weekend tournament that I probably wasn't going to attend anyway. So, I basically got paid $15/hr to play Texas Hold 'em. It was fun. I'm sending this from my cell - no internet tonight. Goodnight!
